Tanay Water District’s job order (J.O.) personnel underwent a mandatory onboarding and orientation on Jan. 5, 2024, at the Septage Treatment Plant in So. Daong, Brgy. Plaza Aldea. A combined 44 J.O. personnel attended the morning and afternoon batches.
The activity sought to familiarize the J.O. personnel with the various topics pertaining to the District, their functions, and the various agency rules and regulations.
Engr. Ambrocio Niñonuevo, Industrial Relations Management Officer A, discussed the activity’s objectives, organizational statements, and the District’s brief history. He also tackled the composition of the Board of Directors and Management, and discussed the salient provisions of R.A. 6713 or the Code of Ethics for Public Officials and Employees.
Engr. Niñonuevo likewise discussed the terms of employment governing permanent, temporary, co-terminus, and substitute employees and personnel.
Meanwhile, Alyssa Joy Guiao, J.O HR Assistant, explained the District’s official time, attendance, and punctuality rules. She also answered relevant questions from the job order personnel, together with Engr. Niñonuevo and Ms. Love Rabino, Records Assistant.
